Position Summary:

We’re seeking an experienced Operations and Supply Chain Manager to lead procurement, inventory, and logistics operations for a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You’ll manage global and domestic vendor relationships, build scalable systems for efficiency and cost savings, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive growth. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, can collaborate cross-functionally, and is passionate about continuous improvement!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee procurement, vendor management, and international freight relationships.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules.
  • Implement inventory systems for tracking, forecasting, and replenishment.
  • Collaborate with production to improve workflow and reduce lead times.
  • Analyze supply chain data to find efficiencies and cost savings.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in procurement, inventory management, and supply chain operations, ideally in a manufacturing or product-based              environment.
  • Proven experience with international sourcing and supplier negotiations.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel (MS Office Suite) and experience with ERP systems.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication abilities.
  • Proactive, organized, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:

  • Experience in the office furniture industry.
  • Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement frameworks.
  • Working knowledge of systems such as QuickBooks and Salesforce.
